breathe.

So far this week there has been:
not enough sleep.
too much caffeine.
tears.
yelling and snapping.
hugs and kindness.
frustration.
hope.

There are a million things on my To Do list. I need to keep reminding myself that the most important thing on the list should be to breathe.

  2. oh, that was such a nice reminder from your mom. and a good reminder for yourself. sometimes we're moving so fast it really does take effort to remember to just breathe. take a good few deep breaths.....you'll feel better.
